  • Where does my dog sleep?

    Your dog sleeps in a 4-foot by 6-foot indoor private kennel. This is where 

    they will eat their meals, sleep, and relax while not in training. The 

    kennel area is climate-controlled so we can keep dogs cool in the 

    summer and warm in the winter! Additionally, each kennel has a raised 

    cot for dogs to sleep on. Each dog is provided with a benebone for their stay, and frozen Kongs once per day to keep them busy during down time. 

  • Do I get updates and pictures while my dog is away?

    Absolutely, we know how hard it is to be away from your dog! We send 

    you email updates twice weekly 

    with pictures of your dog and details about the skills that they’ve been 

    working on.

  • Do you offer any guarantees on the training provided?

    We guarantee the training as long as clients continue to reinforce commands including equipment after the dog has gone home. We provide support for the life of the dog to ensure success! 

  • Is my dog in the kennel all day?

    No, dogs are very active here at D.O.G. Board N' Train! In addition to several potty breaks throughout the day, dogs get plenty of time to romp around in the play yard (weather permitting) several times throughout the day. Each dog gets 2-4 training sessions per day and one enrichment session per day. Enrichment sessions include food puzzle games, fetch, agility, and more!

  • Will my dog get to play with other dogs?

    Yes, if we find an appropriate dog for them to play with. We take great 

    care in matching dogs up for playtime here at D.O.G. Board N’ Train 

    because safety is our first priority. If we do find a good match for your 

    pup, all play sessions are closely monitored to make sure everyone is 

    safe and having fun!
